This is the original Barefoot Boy. I found his picture on the label of an old can of tomatoes shortly before I started building my log home in 1999. Also on the label is this excerpt from the poem Barefoot Boy by John Greenleaf Whittier: Blessings on thee Little Man, Read the entire poem.
